We undertake to reply as soon as possible.

The European Data Protection Regulation (RGPD), which came into force on 25 May 2018, extends and facilitates the exercise of your rights by improving the transparency of the processing of your personal data.

Consultation, modification and deletion of your personal data

The personal information that EMERIA Dinard will be required to process, and which concerns you, results from your approach with a view to making a reservation with our hotel, or with a view to you receiving documentation. You may exercise your right to information about the data concerning you, in order to make it known, modify it or delete it, by contacting us by e-mail at : confidentialite@emeriadinard.com.

In accordance with article 15 paragraph 3 of the RGPD, you have the right to consult your personal data. After making your request by email to confidentialite@emeriadinard.com, all the information concerning you will be sent to you by email within 48 hours.

In accordance with Article 16 of the RGPD, you have the right to rectify your personal data. For your request to be processed, please indicate the desired rectifications in your email to confidentialite@emeriadinard.com. Once the changes have been made, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 48 hours.

In accordance with Article 17 of the RGPD, you have the right to be forgotten. To request the deletion of your personal data, send your request by e-mail to confidentialite@emeriadinard.com, specifying the information you wish to remove. The deletion will be carried out and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
