Frequently Asked Questions

We welcome you to the hotel the evening before the start of your treatments. Rooms are available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 12 p.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

An appointment with a hostess from the institute will be scheduled at the beginning of the program to provide you with more details and give you your treatment schedule.

Your treatments will be provided half-day, either in the morning or afternoon alternately.

We recommend bringing the following equipment: plastic sandals (mandatory), swimsuit (swim shorts allowed), sports outfit, and sports shoes. Bath towels and bathrobes are provided in your room or at the institute.

Our Wellness Area includes an indoor marine course with a counter-current walking lane and a swimming lane, an outdoor overflow marine course, an activity pool, sauna, steam room, cold water pool, and cardio-fitness room.

This area is accessible from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for resident guests and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for external guests.

To offer fair prices throughout the year, we have opted for dynamic pricing, depending on the period and the hotel occupancy.

However, we offer deals throughout the year, providing advantageous rates by booking in advance (more information in the 'Offers' section).

We also recommend booking your à la carte treatments (massages, facial treatments, rituals...) in advance.

Access to our aquatic areas (swim lane, counter-current lane, indoor and outdoor marine course) is possible for children aged 12 and over. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult to access the facilities. Access to the sauna, hammam, cold water pool and Sports Studio is reserved for people aged 16 and over.

Thalasso stays are reserved for adults, however, we offer à la carte treatments for children from 6 years old, as well as for teenagers. Regarding dining, we offer a children's menu, available for on-site reservation only. Half-board is possible for teenagers. For children under 2 years old, we provide a baby bed in the room (free of charge).

You can park in 2 car parks. An outdoor car park (€10/night for hotel residents; 4 hours free then €2/hour for external guests), and an underground car park (€19/day). Our car parks are equipped with charging points for electric cars. We recommend that you reserve parking in the underground car park in advance.
