Your arrival
To ensure that your stay runs smoothly, we welcome you at the hotel the day before your treatments begin. An appointment with a receptionist at the institute will be scheduled at the start of the program to provide you with further details and your treatment schedule.Meal plan
This program is offered on a half-board basis, including breakfast and dinner.
You can choose between Half-Board Equilibre (without supplement), Full-Board or Full-Board Dietary (with supplement) by contacting our reservations department.Contraindications
Cryotherapy sessions are contraindicated in the following cases:
- Previous cardiovascular problems
- heart attack less than 6 months old
- uncontrolled high blood pressure
- pace maker / subcutaneous device
- recent phlebitis (less than 3 months)
- Raynaud's syndrome or disease
- Asthma not stabilised
- epilepsy
- Current infectious condition (fever / flu / wounds)
- Pregnancy in progress
- Current chemotherapy treatment
- Addiction to alcohol or drugs

Our hydrotherapist applies a wrap to you on a floating, heated bed. This helps to vasodilate the skin's pores, encouraging the active ingredients to penetrate. Lying in weightlessness, this treatment helps to relax muscle tone and leave you feeling totally relaxed.
This massage of the soles of the feet with a bowl made from an alloy of five metals (copper, zinc, tin, silver and gold) deeply soothes the mind and improves sleep quality, with a relaxing eye contour massage at the beginning of the treatment.
