The Let Go Parenthesis must start on Mondays. To ensure that your stay runs smoothly, we welcome you at the hotel the day before your treatments begin. An appointment with a receptionist at the institute will be scheduled at the start of the program to provide you with further details and your treatment schedule.Meal plan
This program is offered on a half-board basis, including breakfast and dinner.
You can choose between Half-Board Equilibre (without supplement), Full-Board or Full-Board Dietary (with supplement) by contacting our reservations department.

This massage of the soles of the feet, using a bowl made from a five-metal alloy, brings deep mental calm and improves the quality of sleep, with a relaxing eye contour massage at the beginning of the treatment.
Experience weightlessness in magnesium sulfate-saturated water, where gravity is reduced to 80%. This floating experience allows you to free yourself of your mental load and approach a meditative state. Joint and muscle pain are relieved by weightlessness.
In this one-to-one session, you'll experience the practice of Mindfulness, to learn how to calm the mind and release tension from the body.
